Operator and scope

SprinterRents.com is operated by All Access Transportation LLC. These terms describe website inquiries and the SprinterRents messaging program. Vehicle use, driver qualifications, deposits, charges, cancellation and damage responsibilities are governed by the applicable quote and signed rental agreement. These website terms do not create additional cancellation fees or replace that agreement.

Availability and reservations

Submitting an inquiry requests availability and does not alone guarantee a vehicle or finalize a reservation. A booking is subject to availability, eligibility review, the required agreement and payment, and an explicit confirmation. Review the confirmed vehicle, dates, locations, pricing and applicable agreement before proceeding. Requesting a change or extension does not mean it has been accepted.

Website use

Provide accurate information and use the site only for legitimate inquiries and arrangements. Do not submit another person's contact information without authority, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Website descriptions and availability may change; the confirmed booking documents identify the agreed arrangements.

SMS program

The SprinterRents SMS program is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. SMS program eligibility does not establish eligibility to rent or drive a vehicle; separate rental and driver requirements apply.

The reservation SMS program supports renters and vehicle owners who separately choose to receive texts. Messages may include confirmations, cancellations, schedule or vehicle changes, payment/deposit updates, pickup and return instructions, extension updates, condition-report issues, late-return notices, and responses to support requests. Optional promotional messaging requires a separate choice and is not covered by reservation consent alone.

SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of submitting a request or renting a vehicle. Message frequency varies. Your carrier may charge message and data rates for incoming and outgoing messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed; contact support directly for urgent rental issues.

The SprinterRents messaging number is (619) 319-9455. Reply STOP to stop messages. You may receive a final opt-out acknowledgment. To resume messages, complete a new opt-in through the supported subscription process. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. Opting out of texts does not cancel or change an existing reservation.
