SprinterRents is the vehicle rental service operated by All Access Transportation LLC. This policy describes information collected through SprinterRents.com, rental inquiries, owner participation, and related communications.

Information we collect

When you request availability, make arrangements, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, trip dates, pickup and return locations, requested vehicle, passenger count, and messages. Rental fulfillment may involve driver eligibility, license and insurance documents, agreements, payment status, and vehicle condition photographs or videos collected through the applicable rental process. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in free-text inquiry fields.

For participating vehicle owners, we collect contact details, vehicle information, and information needed to coordinate reservations and the owner relationship. Payment providers process payment details under their own practices; information available to us depends on the payment method and provider.

When you visit our website, service providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser/device information, request time, pages requested and security signals to deliver and protect the service.

Opening a QR link takes you to our website. Scanning alone does not give us your name, email or telephone number. If you choose Text Us, your device opens a message draft. Only sending that message provides your telephone number and message to our communications service. We use that information to respond to your inquiry.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; assess and fulfill rental requests; coordinate renters and vehicle owners; manage confirmations, changes, payments, pickup and return arrangements; maintain condition records; provide support; prevent misuse; and meet applicable obligations. We may use campaign and visit information to understand which placements produce inquiries and bookings. Promotional communications depend on the applicable permission and opt-out choices.

Sharing

We provide information to service providers as needed to operate our website, database, communications, security, payments and rental operations. These may include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Supabase, Cloudflare, and the payment providers used for your transaction. We share relevant reservation information with the renter and the assigned vehicle owner where needed for the rental. We do not provide an owner with unrelated customer records.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Providers that process messages or deliver support for us may handle this information as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud, or resolve a dispute.

SMS opt-in and messaging choices

To opt in, open our rental inquiry form, enter your telephone number, and voluntarily select the unchecked non-marketing SMS box for reservation updates or the separate unchecked marketing SMS box for promotional offers. You may select one, both or neither. Neither choice is required to submit an inquiry or rent a vehicle. Each choice names All Access Transportation LLC (SprinterRents) and discloses message purposes, variable frequency, message and data rates, and STOP/HELP instructions. We record your choice, consent wording version, submission time, source and telephone number as evidence of your preferences. We send messages only within the consent you provide. Host reservation SMS requires a separately documented owner opt-in before activation.

Reservation SMS and promotional SMS are separate choices. Entering a phone number, opening a QR link, or submitting a rental inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to texts. Where you choose SMS, message frequency varies with your rental or support activity, and carrier message/data charges may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. Contact us by email if you need support without SMS. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe. An SMS opt-out does not cancel your rental or replace the need to coordinate essential arrangements through another channel.

Cookies and visit attribution

The website and its providers may use cookies or similar storage for functionality, security, and attribution. Where optional tracking requires consent, it will remain inactive unless that consent is given. Browser restrictions or rejected tracking can limit our ability to connect a later inquiry with an earlier visit. We do not treat an estimated unique visitor as a verified person.

Retention, security and requests

We retain information for the purposes described here, including reservation administration, support, disputes, recordkeeping and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and those needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about your choices. We may need to verify the request, and certain records may need to be retained. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this rental service.

We will post material policy updates here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.
